Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions for cancelling a project or service engagement with Code Fixer Pvt Ltd.

1. Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to info@codefixer.site. The following conditions apply:

Before Development Commences

• Cancellation within 48 hours of advance payment: Full refund minus bank transaction charges.
• Cancellation after 48 hours but before development starts: 75% refund of advance payment.

After Development Has Commenced

• Cancellation within the first 25% of project completion: 50% of advance payment refunded.
• Cancellation between 25%–50% of project completion: No refund on advance; work completed to date will be delivered.
• Cancellation after 50% of project completion: Full payment for work completed to date is due; deliverables completed to that point will be handed over.

2. Scope Change vs. Cancellation

Significant changes to the agreed project scope are not treated as cancellations. Scope changes are handled through a formal Change Request process, which may affect timelines and costs. Please refer to your Project Agreement for details.

3. Project Pause

Clients may request a project pause for up to 30 days without cancellation. Pauses beyond 30 days may result in revised timelines and, in some cases, revised pricing due to resource reallocation.

4. Code Fixer-Initiated Cancellation

Code Fixer Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel a project in the following circumstances:

• Non-payment of agreed milestone amounts within 14 days of the due date.
• Client requests that violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

In such cases, all work completed to date will be delivered and payment for completed work will be due.
